In the Press: Unconventional Ag conference 2022

On November 29 and 30, the Unconventional Ag team converged in Minneapolis to host the Unconventional Ag conference, welcoming nearly 250 attendees and 20 exhibitors. Dozens of industry-expert speakers, such as David Hightower of The Hightower Report, Ryan Koory of Mercaris and Mark Gutierrez of the Minnesota Soil Health Coalition, discussed up-to-the-minute topics: the effect on grains from the war in Ukraine, price volatility, innovations in plant-based and cellular proteins and more. This event was newly renamed this year (previously called the Organic & Non-GMO Forum), and expanded to include more on regenerative and sustainable ag methods and emerging markets related to specialty oilseeds, grains and their bi-products.
